Hawaii’s Military and Community Relations Office selected Matrix Design Group, Inc. to conduct a statewide economic impact study of military and defense activity. The study will provide state leaders with data and insights that demonstrate the military’s significant economic contributions across the Hawaiian Islands while supporting informed planning and decision-making.
As a longtime partner of the Association of Defense Communities (ADC), Matrix has completed economic impact studies, strategic plans, compatible use studies, and other defense-related projects in more than 60% of U.S. states.
This effort brings together experts from our Planning, Geospatial & Digital Solutions, Advanced Solutions, Community Development & Infrastructure, and Water & Environment teams, reflecting the multidisciplinary approach we bring to helping defense communities address complex economic, planning, and infrastructure challenges.
