Please join us in congratulating Charlie Perham on his promotion to Senior Vice President and Director of Planning & Advisory Services. Since joining Matrix nearly a decade ago, Charlie has consistently demonstrated exceptional leadership, collaboration, and a strong ‘Matrix First’ mindset in all his work. He played a key role in growing Government Consulting Services (GCS) from just three team members to over 30 today, expanding into new geographies and markets while serving numerous new clients. Charlie also helped elevate Matrix’s national profile through his role as National President of the Society of American Military Engineers (SAME), a 28,000-member nonprofit dedicated to fostering collaboration between government and industry to deliver multidisciplined solutions to national security infrastructure challenges.

Prior to joining Matrix, Charlie spent 24 years in the United States Air Force as a Civil Engineer Officer in a variety of roles to include public works, capital improvement planning and execution, asset management, and strategic planning.
