We are excited to share that Carisa Cipoletti, SHRM-CP, PHR, Chief Human Resources Officer, has been appointed to the Matrix Design Group Board of Directors.

Carisa has played a central role in shaping the strength and character of our company. With over 20 years of experience and 17 years with the firm, she has led the development of a people strategy that supports our growth, strengthens accountability, and reinforces the culture that sets Matrix apart. From talent acquisition and workforce planning to leadership development and organizational alignment, Carisa’s work has positioned us to scale thoughtfully and sustainably.

The shareholders also voted to reappoint existing board members, which include Sal Nodjomian, Charlie Perham, Eric Hiraga, and Drew Beck.
