We’re excited to welcome Jennifer Todd-Goynes as Matrix Design Group, Inc.‘s new Director of Planning.
Jenn brings nearly 20 years of experience advancing innovative planning, economic development, and organizational strategies across public, private, and nonprofit sectors. She is recognized for integrating land use, economic, and community development into cohesive strategies that create lasting impact.
Throughout her career, Jenn has launched new economic development organizations, facilitated strategic planning processes, and partnered with national associations on resilience and capacity-building initiatives. She has also managed citywide code rewrites, guided small area plans, and led disaster recovery efforts—turning complex challenges into actionable strategies that strengthen communities.
