Matrix Design Group, Inc. welcomed the opportunity to facilitate the first two Listening Sessions for the Phoenix South Central Implementation Plan last week. 

These sessions brought residents, stakeholders, and community partners together to share perspectives and help identify priorities that will guide future projects, programs, and policy initiatives across the plan’s short-, mid-, and long-term implementation horizon.

Developed in partnership with the City of Phoenix, the South Central Implementation Plan provides a strategic framework for equitable growth, infrastructure investment, mobility, and community development while preserving the corridor’s unique character and identity over the next 30 years.
