Brad brings over 26 years of experience with the United States Air Force, where he honed his expertise in leadership, large-scale operations, and team management. Prior to joining Matrix in September 2023, Brad served as Vice Commander of the Air Force Civil Engineer Center, guiding a team of 2,200 personnel providing engineering services to U.S. Air Force installations worldwide. His career in the military also included leading complex projects and driving strategic initiatives to support the Air Force's mission across the globe.
