Central Park Business Center Underway

14 September 2021

Denver was recently named the 11th top market in the U.S. for new industrial development and will soon be home to a new business park — Central Park Business Center. Matrix is fortunate to work with great clients like Brookfield Industrial on the project, which is currently under construction. Our Team led the execution of entitlements, civil engineering services, and survey support for development of the 22-acre site. Matrix was also instrumental in converting an adjacent roadway from City to District ownership.

The business center, located at the intersection of Interstate 70 and Central Park Boulevard, will include two buildings with a total of 243,950 square feet of Class A space with direct interstate access. Both buildings offer a front-park/rear-load design with 60-foot speed bays, dock- and drive-in-loading, and 284 combined parking spaces. The buildings could attract a single large user, or the space can be easily divided to accommodate multiple, mid-sized tenants. Office space can be built to suit, and the design includes early suppression fast response (ESFR) sprinklers and 28-foot clear heights. Infill development opportunities with highway frontage are rare in Denver and ideal for companies wanting easy access to the heart of the City to optimize distribution. The site offers new state-of-the-art construction and excellent visibility, which should also help drive sales growth for future tenants.
