Located in Woodland Park, Colorado, the Woodland Station development provides additional residential, commercial, retail, hospitality, entertainment, and civic uses within the City of Woodland Park. The project incorporates a two-level, 500-space parking structure and 350,000 sq ft of building floor space with an existing movie theater, hotel, conference center, and civic plaza. The development boasts a lifestyle theme promoting pedestrian access and public gathering.

The Downtown Development Authority retained Matrix to provide master planning services and engineering support documents; site development improvement plans; and water, sanitary sewer, and storm drainage facilities for the development of the project. Matrix also provided transportation consulting (including preparation of traffic impact studies and traffic signal design), environmental investigation and remediation, and surveying.
