Maryland Creek Ranch is a 450-acre conservation-based master planned community located in the northern portion of the Town of Silverthorne in Summit County, Colorado. Design Studios West (DSW)—a Matrix company—led a team of environmental engineers, architects, and planners through the process of annexation to the preparation of detailed planning and design guidelines for the final PUD master plan.

The PUD master plan was the town’s first rural residential neighborhood and consists of approximately 82 residential homesites, each with a designated building envelope that preserves the natural features of the site and maximizes onsite and offsite views. Homesites range in size from one to seven acres and connect to preserved open space and trails connecting to the adjoining Eagles Nest Wilderness Area.
